Virgin Wool & Silk suiting is a premium fabric blend that marries the structural integrity and resilience of wool with the opulent luster and softness of silk. It is widely considered a luxury cloth, favored for high-end tailoring where visual impact and tactile comfort are paramount. While pure wool is the workhorse of the suiting world, the addition of silk transforms the fabric into something more festive and sophisticated, characterised by a subtle, light-catching sheen and a fluid drape.

• Drape: Silk is a heavy fiber relative to its thickness, allowing the fabric to hang (drape) closer to the body than stiff cotton or linen. It creates a fluid, tailored silhouette.
• Hand (Feel): Exceptionally smooth. The silk reduces the friction of the wool, resulting in a fabric that feels cool and slippery to the touch.
