Stretch Polyamide Lace is a high-performance textile that marries the intricate beauty of traditional lace with modern synthetic durability. Often referred to by its brand name, Nylon, polyamide provides the structural foundation of the fabric, while a small percentage of Elastane (Spandex) gives it its signature "bounce-back" quality.
- Exceptional Elasticity: Unlike rigid cotton lace, stretch polyamide can expand significantly and return to its original shape without sagging.
- Silky Hand-Feel: Polyamide fibers are naturally smooth, making this lace soft against the skin and less prone to the "scratchiness" associated with cheaper synthetics.
- High Durability: Polyamide is one of the strongest plastic-based fibers. It resists abrasion, pilling, and tearing, making it ideal for garments that see frequent wear.
- Moisture Resistance: It dries quickly and doesn't absorb sweat as much as natural fibers, which helps maintain the garment's lightness.
