When gathered into a skirt, it flares out into a distinct A-line or bell shape, but it will safely collapse when the wearer sits down (unlike stiff tutu tulle, which fights to stay horizontal).
• Durability: The slightly thicker synthetic fibers make it far more resilient than delicate soft tulle. It resists tearing and snagging, making it ideal for garments that will see real-world wear and tear.
• Texture: It has a slightly crisp hand-feel. While not as abrasive as stiff tulle, it isn't entirely smooth, so garments usually feature a soft lining to prevent it from rubbing directly against bare legs or shoulders.
