• Distinctive Weave: It features a visible diagonal pattern created by the twill weaving process. This structure makes the fabric naturally more durable and tear-resistant than plain-weave linings.
• Opaque & Smooth: The tight weave offers excellent opacity, effectively hiding internal seams, padding, and interfacing. Despite its weight, it maintains a silky, low-friction surface that allows the wearer to slide the garment on and off easily.
• Superior Drape: Twill weaves are more pliable than plain weaves. A heavy twill lining helps a coat or jacket maintain its shape and "hang" correctly without being stiff.
