Cotton, polyester, and viscose seersucker is a specialised, lightweight textile that takes a historic summer weaving technique and modernises it with a highly engineered "tri-blend" of fibers. The term "seersucker" perfectly describes the fabric's alternating smooth and bumpy texture. By combining natural cotton, synthetic polyester, and semi-synthetic viscose, textile makers create a seersucker that retains its iconic cooling properties while offering a softer drape and enhanced durability compared to traditional 100% cotton versions.

• The Signature Pucker: Seersucker is created by weaving certain warp threads tightly while leaving others slack. This causes the fabric to permanently crinkle or pucker in alternating stripes. Because of this texture, the fabric sits mostly away from the skin, creating micro air pockets that facilitate incredible heat dissipation and air circulation.
• Ultimate Low Maintenance: Seersucker is inherently a wrinkled fabric by design. Combined with the wrinkle-resistant nature of polyester, this fabric essentially never needs to be ironed, making it the ultimate "wash-and-wear" textile.
• Enhanced Moisture Management: Both cotton and viscose are highly absorbent and breathable. While the polyester adds durability, the natural and semi-synthetic fibers work together to wick sweat away from the body in humid climates.
• Excellent Colour Vibrancy and Retention: The synthetic polyester fibers are highly resistant to fading from sunlight and repeated washing, ensuring that the classic seersucker stripes (or solid colours) remain crisp and saturated over time. Viscose is also excellent at absorbing dye, allowing for rich, vibrant colourways.
