Fusing Conditions: Fusing pressure depends on the type of press used. 

Continuous Fusing Press: Temperature 127-143°C/261-289°F, Time 12s; Pressure 2-4 bar / 2-4 kp /cm².

Hand iron: Temperature with steam 160°C/320°F, Time 5-7s.

We recommend that fusing trials and subsequent car treatments are carried out before production commences. All figures quoted are target values and subject to normal variations in production.
