Blackout interlining fabric is a specialized, high-performance textile layer used in professional drapery and window treatments. Positioned between the decorative face fabric and the standard lining (or acting as a two-in-one lining and interlining), its primary purpose is to block 100% of external light while adding luxurious volume and advanced insulation to curtains and Roman blinds.
